“Exploring memory, identity, and the human condition through art.”

THE PRETEXT
OF THE "SCUBA HELMES."
In my work, the scuba helmet serves as a unifying symbol that transcends its visual appeal. It embodies depth and mystery while offering protection—a metaphor for the human need to preserve identity in an increasingly alienating world.
The helmet acts as a shield, allowing my figures to endure within hostile environments. Behind it, they remain themselves—intact, reflective, and human.
By omitting facial features, I remove individuality and invite universality. Each figure becomes a mirror through which viewers can confront their own experiences of survival, isolation, and resilience.
